Die Vermieter wünschen sich EINE STUDENTIN.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral. Der Hbf ist in der Nähe und das Stadtheater.
Die Wohnung wird erstmal bis Ende Mai oder Juni untervermietet . Evtl kann sie übernommen werden. Ich würde Ende Februar eine Rückmeldung geben, ob sie übernommen werden kann oder ob ich zurückkomme. Die Wohnung ist für 1 Person gedacht und nicht für 2 . In der Kaltmiete ist das Wasser enthalten, aber nicht Strom Gas und WLan. Einmal im Jahr kommen noch Müllgebühren dazu. Im Haus wohnen nur junge nette Menschen. Es gehört ein Kellerabteil zur Wohnung und im Hof ist Platz, um das Fahrrad abzustellen. Sie ist nicht möbliert und im Keller gibt es einen Anschluss , um eine Waschmaschine anzuschließen.
