ich suche einen Nachmieter*in für meine schöne 1- Zimmer Wohnung in der Kronenmattenstraße. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich und hat ein geräumiges Badezimmer und einen kleinen Balkon. Es ist eine kleine Küchenzeile vorhanden, jedoch keine Spülmaschine. Im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine, die man gegen Gebühr benutzen kann. Zudem gehört zu der Wohnung ein kleiner Kellerraum.
Da ich meine Möbel in die neue Wohnung nicht mitnehmen kann, möchte ich diese an den Nachmieter*in verkaufen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, jedoch trotzdem ruhig gelegen.
Die Haltestelle Reiterstraße ist in 2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, in die Stadt sind es dann 6 min mit der Bahn. Zum Bahnhof sind es entweder 10 min zu Fuß oder 9 min mit der Bahn.
