Ab 01.09. wird meine zentral gelegene und ruhige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Kartäuserstraße, Höhe Kreisverkehr frei.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 35-40qm, eine kleine Einbauküche mit Kochplatte & Kühlschrank, Bad mit Fenster und ein großes Wohn/Schlafzimmer mit einer kleinen Empore. Ein sehr trockener Kellerraum kann fürs Einlagern genutzt werden und ein TG-Platz gehört ebenfalls dazu. Die Wohnung liegt im DG, aber es gibt einen Aufzug. Dafür hat man Blick auf die Dreisam (Wohnzimmer) und auf den Schlossberg (Küche/Bad). Die Nachbarn sind nett und es ist immer angenehm im Haus.
Kaltmiete ist 531€ + 50€ Stellplatz (kann aber untervermietet werden) und 100€ Nebenkosten.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Sie wünscht sich als Nachmieterin eine berufstätige Frau.
