Schöne Einzelzimmerwohnung in The FIZZ, voll ausgestattet mit einem Einzelbett, vielen Regalen, einem Tisch, einem Schreibtisch und einem Stuhl.
Es verfügt über ein geräumiges, modernes Bad und eine Küchenzeile. Teil des Zimmers ist auch eine sonnige Terrasse. Zusätzlicher Stauraum ist ebenfalls verfügbar und im Preis inbegriffen. Ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern steht ebenfalls zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Es gibt viele Lernräume, einen Fernsehraum, einen Spielraum und einen großen Grill. Eine Tiefgarage sowie viele private und bewachte Fahrradständer sind ebenfalls enthalten. Probleme werden von der Verwaltung schnell behoben und der Hausmeister ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt auch eine Paketabholstation.
Da die Zimmer an Studenten vermietet werden können, herrscht eine sehr schöne internationale Umgebung. Vor Corona fanden viele schöne Veranstaltungen statt, bei denen Sie leicht Freunde finden können.

Nice 1 room apartment at the FIZZ, fully equipped with single bed, a closet, lots of shelves and storage space, a table, desk and a chair.
It has a spacious modern bathroom with a large shower area and a modern kitchenette. Also included is a large sunny Terrace with lots of evening sun and a nice view. The building has lots of facilities for common use such as washing machines, dryers, study rooms that are private and include a TV, entertainment, bike parking spaces that are private and protected, underground parking.. The administration is effective and deals with all problems and concerns and the Hausmeister is a friendly and helpful.
There is a nice international atmosphere and lots of opportunities to meet new people but also the option to keep to yourself as well.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ideal zum Studieren, Homeoffice, Schreiben einer Abschlussarbeit oder zur Selbstentwicklung...
In fast 9 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichen Sie das Zentrum. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Tullastrasse der Linie 4 befindet sich direkt vor dem Gebäude. Die Straßenbahn braucht 10 Minuten, um ins Zentrum zu gelangen, und 15 Minuten, um den Bahnhof zu erreichen.
Ein großer Al Natura Supermarkt befindet sich ebenfalls direkt gegenüber und es gibt auch einen EDEKA, einen DM und ein Kaufland, die nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt sind. Es gibt auch eine Handvoll Restaurants mit internationaler und lokaler Küche.
Es gibt auch einen schönen grünen Park mit Fußballfeldern und einer großartigen Aussicht auf den Schwarzwald mit einer Lauf- und einer Radstrecke.

In almost 9 minutes by bike you will find yourself in Freiburg's beautiful city center. The tram stop Tullastrasse is located right across the street and tram number 4 reaches the center in 10 mins and the train station in 15 mins.
A big Al Natura Supermarket which specializes in organic and healthy products is also right across the street along with a cute bakery. Other supermarkets like EDEKA and Kaufland are also nearby. A DM and a pharmacy are also a few minutes by foot away. There are also a handful of international and local restaurants in the neighborhood.
A short walking distance away is a beautiful park at the edge of the Black Forest where there is a nice walking or running or biking trail.
