IMTEK PhD student looking for a room

My name is Vania, 31 years old. I'm in my last 1-1.5 years of my PhD study (finger crossed). Long story short, I'm almost homeless now. For the last 3 years I've been living in one of SWFR's 1 Zi studio and that 3 years is the maximum period I can live in SWFR's accommodation.

My German level is close to pre-kindergarten kids :(
So a landlord who can speak English is preferable to avoid any misunderstanding.

I am open for 1 Zi flat or 2 Zi flat. For the 2 Zi, I mean 2 bedrooms so that I can share it with my friend. Yes, a friend of mine is also looking for a room :(
So if you have free either 1 Zi or 2 Zi, please contact me. I really appreciate it.

I'm not a clean freak but clean bathroom and kitchen is a must.

The nearer it is to IMTEK (Georges-Köhler-Allee) the better since I work there everyday. Otherwise, if the offered Zi is far from IMTEK, as long as there is public transportation, that will be ok too.

Note: even tough I need it starting 1.3.2018, but if you have an offer starting Jan or Feb, or 1.4.2018, that's ok too. :)
