Die Wohnung ist hell und gut geschnitten, da der Schlafbereich durch eine halbe Wand abgetrennt vom Wohn- und Essbereich ist (wie auf den Bildern zu sehen).
Außerdem gehört zur Wohnung ein Kellerabteil und es gibt einen Trockenraum sowie die Möglichkeit, ein Fahrrad im Keller abzustellen.

Zu Fuß benötigt man nur wenige Minuten zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle und auch Edeka, Penny, Apotheken und eine Tankstelle liegen nah.
Wer sich draußen erholen möchte ist in kurzer Zeit im Seepark und auch zur Dreisam kann man gemütlich spazieren. Da die Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße liegt, gibt es nicht viel Verkehr.

Bei Interesse kann der Kühlschrank, die Waschmaschine, die Blenden an den Fenstern und das Regal im Bad übernommen werden. Für die Küche fallen einmalig 200€ an.
