A couple looking for a new home

I am looking for a new home in Freising or nearby with my partner. We are 27 and 29 years old. I am a master's student of sustainable resource management at TUM and have my bachelor's in sustainable agriculture. My partner is a carpenter and restorator. As I am still studying, we need an affordable apartment, and our budget is 650e. We prefer old and cosy over modern and fancy flats. We like gardening, animals (but don't have pets ourselves), and handicrafts, and we don't mind some upkeeping work at the house. Most of our friends live in Munich so the S-bahn station should be reachable. However, we don't mind a bit of biking, so a bus connection is optional.
