Ich vermiete ein Einzelappartement im Wohnheim Fallenbrunnen für eine monatliche Komplettmiete von 360€. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m² groß, hat ein eigenes Bad und eine eigene Kochnische. An Möbeln sind Bett, Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl bereits vorhanden. Außerdem ist eine DSL-Flatrate im Preis inbegriffen. Es eignet sich somit gut für Praktikanten, Studenten, etc., die während ihres Aufenthaltes in Friedrichshafen keine großen Umzugsaktionen haben wollen.
Ich selber bin Mieter des Einzelappartements und möchte es im oben genannten Zeitraum gerne zwischenvermieten, da ich gerade mein Praxissemester absolviere.
Das Wohnheim ist in unmittelbarer Nähe der Dualen Hochschule und der Zeppelinuniversität. Außerdem gibt es nur wenige 100 m entfernt eine Bushaltestelle, mit der man in die Innenstadt gelangen kann.
