Das Zimmer hat insgesamt 24,98 qm und ein eigenes Bad mit Fenster. Ich finde das Zimmer sehr gemütlich, es liegt in einem ruhigen Teil des Wohnheims.
Möbeliert: Bett, Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch plus Schreibtischstuhl
Ich habe außerdem ein klares Regal und eine Theke im Zimmer stehen
Kann nur an eingeschriebene Studierende vermietet werden.
ZU und DHBW sind in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, Rewe und Kaufland in 10min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist circa 4-5min zu Fuß entfernt.
Untervermietung nur an eingeschrieben Studierende. Auch super für wenn ihr fürs nächste Semester schon früher vor Ort sein wollt :)
