Das Haus ist ein Mehrfamilienhaus.
Es ist ca. 15 Jahre alt. Der Anbau über der Garage wurde vor etwa 3 Jahren gebaut.
Sehr viel Sonnenlicht, deshalb hell und warm am Tag.
Leimbach liegt etwas abseits und es wäre günstig wenn man ein Auto hat.
Ein engagierter Radfahrer hätte jedoch auch keine Probleme. In die nächste kleine Stadt braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 8 min.
Rauchen ist im Haus nicht gestattet jedoch auf dem Balkon möglich.
Eine Garage steht als Abstellraum für Fahrräder usw. zur Verfügung.
Eine Gartenmitbenutzung ist möglich, für Grillpartys usw. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und leben mit im Haus ;-)
Die Wohnung kann immer Abends besichtigt werden, ca. ab 18.00 Uhr.
