Ich vermiete für die Zeit vom 1. Mai 2013 bis zum 31 August 2013 meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung mit 24m^2 im Studentenwohnheim am Fallenbrunnen. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Campus der ZU und am Campus der DHBW, eine flotte Internetverbindung und bietet eine ideale Umgebung um neue Leute kennenzulernen.
In direkter Nähe befinden sich ein nettes Restaurant sowie eine Bar. Auch zum See ist es keiner weiter Fußweg und gerade im Sommer ist dieser ein Genuss.
Das Wohnheim wurde erst im Sommer 2010 fertig gestellt und befindet sich, wie auch die Wohnung, in einem einwandfreien Zustand.
