Die Wohnung liegt in einer gefplegten Wohnanlage nahe der Fürther Innestadt, zum Bahnhof sind es 5 Minuten, zur U-Bahn Jakobinenstraße sowie zur Autobahnauffahrt (A73 Fürth/Nürnberg) 3 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu errreichen.
