Ich möchte gerne mein kleines aber feines Apartment vom 01.August 2024 - 25. Oktober untervermieten, da ich nicht in Deutschland sein werde. Wenn Du einen Wohnplatz in dieser Zeit suchst, die Zeit bis zu Deinem Studium im Wintersemester überbrücken möchtest oder ein international Student bist, dann lies doch einfach mal weiter.
Mein Apartment ist 25 qm groß, hat zwei große Fenster, eine Küchenniesche sowie ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche. Alle Möbel bleiben in dem Apartment, sowie nach Absprache Küchenutensilien, Deko, Putzzeug, Wäscheständer usw. Auch der Fernseher und der Monitor auf dem Schreibtisch bleiben. Du kannst also einfach mit Deinem Koffer hier einziehen.
Die kleine Küche hat keinen Backofen und auch keine Spülmaschine, allerdings ein kleines zwei Feld Ceranfeld.
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 400€, inkl. Strom und Internet. Ebenfalls erhebe ich 400€ Kaution, diese dient zur Absicherung der Wohnung sowie der Möbel und allem was in der Wohnung steht.

I would like to rent out my small but cosy flat from 01 August 2024 - 25 October, as I will not be in Germany. If you are looking for a place to live during this time, want to bridge the time until your studies in the winter semester or are an international student, then just read on.
My flat is 25 square metres in size, has two large windows, a kitchenette and a small bathroom with a shower. All the furniture stays in the flat, as well as kitchen utensils, decorations, cleaning materials, clothes hanger etc. by arrangement. The TV and the monitor on the desk will also stay. So you can simply move in with your suitcase.
The small kitchen does not have an oven or dishwasher, but a small two-burner ceramic hob.
The rent is 400€ in total, including electricity and internet. I will also ask for a deposit of €500 to secure the flat, the furniture and everything in the flat.
