Mein laufende Mietvertrag wird am 31.07.2015 beendet, aber ich habe vor, nach einer größeren Wohnung bis 28.06.2015 umzuziehen und deswegen suche ich einen Nachmieter/Nachmieterin. Die Warmmiete kostet 470 Euro, aber der erste Monat (01.07.2015-31.07.2015) bezahlt man nur 370 Euro, weil ich 100 Euro kompensiere.
My rental agreement will be ended by 31.07.2015, but I am going to move in to another biger appartment till 28.06.2015. Therefore I am searching a next tenant. Total cost is 470 Euro, but the first month will cost only 370 Euro, because 100 Euro will be compensated by me.
