The apartment is a furnished room apartment in a dormitory in Garching. It is 20 m² and has a normal size bed, desk, wardrobe, drawer, and a small table. The well-equipped kitchen and bathroom are separate and shared with one other person. The room has a panorama window and of course internet connection.
The dormitory is very well located. You can get to the TU München in 10 minutes by walking, and REWE and LIDL (supermarkets) are directly at the opposite side of the dormitory. The city center of Garching is just 10 minutes by walking as well, and there are some bars, restaurants and cafes. There are two lakes, 2 and 5 kilometers away from the apartment. The U-Bahn station and Garching Forschungszentrum (at TUM) are 10 minutes walking away each, and it takes around 25 minutes by ubahn to get to Marienplatz.
I will go home during the semester break, so I am looking for a student to rent the room to during that time. It is an ideal place if you are looking for apartments in Munich or Garching, because you can reach every place quite fast.
