Hi,
I am a PhD student who is moving from the MPI for Software Systems to the CS department of TUM in Garching. I am a very responsible and quiet person. As a matter of fact, back in my hometown in Mexico I used to be a landlord myself, so I have a very good idea of what a landlord appreciates from a tenant :)
I plan to arrive to Garching in the first or second week of January and stay at TUM for approximately 3 years. I am looking for a small flat/studio with at least the following:
-bathroom
-kitchenette
-fridge
-bed
-desk & chair
