rent an apartment in Garching, Munich

I am from China and have been working in Siegen for three years.
Starting from October, I will work as a postdoc at the physics department of the Technical University of Munich. I want to rent an apartment in Garching, Munich, for at least two years, starting from September 1st, 2012 (or October 1st). Either an one-room or two-room apartment is fine for me. If the apartment is not located in Garching, but close to the subway station U6 or a suitable bus stop (within 10 minutes walk distance), it is also fine for me. The size of the apartment should not be less than 15 square meters.
