I will work at TUM as a PhD student and hope to find a place to live near the campus. I prefer a one-room flat, furnished. And I expect the flat to be clean and quiet. I will treat everything in the flat carefully as in my own home. I prefer short-term renting at the beginning for higher flexibility and lower risks.
