Ich(28m) studiere im 2. Semester Informatik an der TUM und muss bald aus dem Olympiadorf-Studentenheim ausziehen.
Ich suche eine vergleichbare Wohnmöglichkeit, ein kleines Zimmer (<500€) möglichst nahe an der TUM in Garching oder München.
Das Zimmer muss ein Fenster haben und hell sein.
Ich bin freundlich, umgänglich und halte mein Umfeld sauber.
