Hallo, ich biete ab dem 01.09.2019 meine 1 Zimmer-Wohnung unbefristet zur Miete an. Die Wohnung ist 24 Quadratmeter groß und sehr vorteilhaft geschnitten. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 240 plus 85 an Nebenkosten. Die Wohnung ist schön hell als auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Aldi und Lidl ca. 7 min zu Fuß, Bäcker ca. 2 min. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür und die Busse kommen alle 15 min und man ist in 12 Minuten im Würzburger Stadtkern. Für alle Studenten, der Hubland Campus ist mit dem Bus in 5 min zu erreichen und zu Fuß ca.15 min. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschküche mit einer sehr gut gepflegten Waschmaschine zur Mitbenutzung und die Wohnung hat eine vollmöblierte Küche.
