Ich suche eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon in Germersheim ab sofort. Ich bin seit über 16 Jahren in derselben Firma im Büro tätig.
Das Zimmer sollte eine Kochzeile oder -Nische haben. Wenn möglich ganz oder teilweise möbiliert sein.
Es sollte nicht mehr als 300,-- Euro warm kosten. Weniger wäre natürlich auch nicht schlecht.
