Ich gehe im Juli für ein jahr ins Ausland und suche ab Mitte/ Ende Juli 2008 bis Juli 2009 (könnte auch bis September 2009 gehen) einen Zwischenmieter für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Ich hab Anfang Januar alles komplett renoviert und gestrichen. Insgesamt sinds 30qm, es gibt ein Zimmer, einen kleinen Flur, Küche und Bad sind jeweils einzelne Räume. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral 2 min. vom Berliner Platz entfernt und kostet 300€ warm plus 20€ Strom. Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert (alles neue Möbel), auch eine neue Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Nachbarn sind sehr nett und insgesamt ist es sehr sehr ruhig, die Wohnung geht nach hinten raus und man hat einen tollen Blick über Gießen, da kein Haus den Ausblick stört. Unten im Haus gibt es eine Videothek. Nur Nichtraucher. Bitte per mail melden:
