Ich suche für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Fernwald-Annerod einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Annerod (Entfernung zur THM in Gießen ca. 6 km, zur JLU in Gießen ca. 7 km). Die Haltestelle des ÖPNV ist etwa 5 - 7 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einem eigenen Bad mit Dusche und WC, eine Kochnische mit Kühlschrank und 2 Herdplatten ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Möbel (großer Schrank, Bett 140x200 mit neuer Matratze, Spiegel, 4er Regal, 2 kleine Tische, 1 großer Tisch, Bad-Unterschrank - siehe Bilder) möchte ich gegen Ablösung (500 €) in der Wohnung belassen.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Annerod. Die Haltestelle des ÖPNV ist ca. 5 - 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Verkehrsanbindung nach Gießen ist sehr gut, zur THM in Gießen sind es 6 km und zur JLU in Gießen sind es ca. 7 km.
Die Wohnung ist bis 30.09.2018 angemietet, kann aber nach Absprache und Einigung ab sofort bezogen werden. Ansonsten offizieller Mietbeginn ist der 01.10.2018.
