The apartment, which is on the fifth floor, can be occupied on July 15, 2022. Moving in on September 1st would also be possible. It is a dormitory room in the HGW Gießen for students. The room is a standard. There is a small kitchenette with stove, fridge freezer and sink. The room is furnished. Except for the office chair and the standing mirror, everything is included. There are 2 sinks in total, one in the kitchen corner and one in the room. The kitchen and the hall are separated by an additional door. The window faces the forest, so there is no street noise. The WiFi works very well, and there were no problems with Netflix and the like. The bathroom is shared by the floor. There are 2 shower and 2 toilets. Everything is cleaned by a cleaner. The landlords are very nice and helpful. If anything should be, then you can just write an email and you will always get a quick answer. There are part pitches and bicycle parking spaces directly in front of the dormitory. There is also an elevator. In the basement there is a laundry room with several washing machines. Dryers are available free of charge.

Zum 15.07.2022 kann die Wohnung, die in der zweiten Etage liegt, bezogen werden. Ein Einzug zum 1.9 wäre auch möglich. Es handelt sich um ein Wohnheimzimmer im HGW Gießen für Studenten. Das Zimmer ist ein Standard. Es gibt eine kleine Küchennische mit Herd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Spüle. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Außer der Bürostuhl und der Standspiegel gehört alles dazu. Es gibt insgesamt 2 Waschbecken, eins in der Küchenecke und eins direkt im Zimmer. Die Küche bzw der Flur sind durch eine zusätzliche Tür getrennt. Das Fenster ist zur Waldseite gerichtet, deswegen gibt es auch keinen Straßenlärm Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut, auch mit Netflix und Co gab es keine Probleme. Das Badezimmer wird von der Etage geteilt. Es gibt 2 Dusche und 2 Toiletten. Gereinigt wird alles von einer Putzkraft. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn irgendwas sein sollte, dann könnt ihr einfach eine Mail schreiben und man bekommt immer eine schnelle Antwort. Es gibt direkt vor dem Wohnheim Partplätze und Fahrradstellplätze. Es gibt auch einen Fahrstuhl. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich eine Waschküche mit mehrere Waschmaschinen. Trockner stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.
