Ich biete meine schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnung an. Sie ist frei ab dem 15.09 oder 01.10 oder alles dazwischen.
Die Wohnung ist eine von drei Wohnungen im Haus, die überwiegend von jungen Leuten bewohnt werden. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung super hell und versprüht durch ihre hohen Decken einen schönen Altbaucharme.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Egal ob Kinopolis, Bäcker, Einkaufs- oder Shoppenmöglichkeiten, die Wege sind kurz und nie länger als 5min. Auch zum Bahnhof dauerts nicht lange.
Bei Interesse stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung. Da ich tagsüber arbeite und nicht immer telefonieren kann, würde ich Whatsapp und SMS bevorzugen.
