Das Zimmer (ca. 20qm) befindet sich in einer renovierten Militärkaserne. Der integrierte Einbauschrank bietet viel Stauraum und umschließt ein im Zimmer befindliches Waschbecken mit Spiegelschrank. Ein Satellitenanschluss ist vorhanden und kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Die Wahl des Internetanbieters ist freigestellt. Das Tageslicht-Bad (ca. 7 qm) teilt man sich mit dem Zimmernachbarn, die Küche (EBK, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Spüle) wird ebenfalls gemeinschaftlich genutzt und ist ca. 20qm groß. Im Haus befinden sich außerdem noch Waschmaschinen und Trockner, die allen Bewohnern zur Verfügung stehen.
Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle läuft man ca. 3 Minuten, zu Aldi ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Campi Phil 1 und 2 sind mit dem Rad in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Strom ist in den Nebenkosten enthalten!!!
