Kühlschrank, Kochplatte, Waschbecken, Schreibtisch, Bett, Garderobe und Regale sind schon vorhanden.
Bushaltestelle: Wiesecker Weg, nur eine Haltestelle von THM und ca. 10 Minuten zum Bf. Einkaufsmöglichkeit: Lidl, REWE & Edeka Hercules.
Die Warmiete ist 245€. Strom soll je nach Verbrauch zusätzlich bezahlt werden.
