Es handelt sich um eine Einzimmerwohnung mit separater Küche und Bad mit Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten und sehr hell.
Ich möchte die Wohnung für die Zeit vom 1.10.2016 bis 31.10.2017 untervermieten, da ich für ein Jahr im Ausland bin.
Ich würde die Wohnung möbliert übergeben.
Internetanschluss sowie Stromanbieter kann gerne für die Zeit übernommen werden. Beides liegt bei insgesamt 90€ pro Monat und man liegt so bei einer Gesamtmiete von 520€.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Zwei Gehminuten zur Innenstadt. Fünf Gehminuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ruhige Lage in einem Hinterhof.
