Die Wohnung liegt im 3.OG und besitzt einen Schlafraum, eine separate Küche (mit EBK,- 2Kochplatten, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach und Schränke) sowie ein Duschbad.
Im Keller befindet sich ein Waschraum mit 3 Münzwaschmaschinen sowie 2 Trockner und Stellplatz für Wäscheleinen und ein extra Fahrradstellplatz.
Ausserdem verfügt das Haus über 2 Aufzüge.
Parkplätze sind ebenfalls genügend vorhanden.
