Hi 😃 I am renting my cozy one room appartment. I am going on an erasmus semester from the middle of January 2023 until the end of June 2023. 🧳
About the flat:
🏡The apartment is 32 m2 big. It is divided in a big room and a bathroom. In the big room there is a bed, desk, closet, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen even has an oven and 4 stove tops. So you can bake biscuits 🍪 or have a nice dinner with friends. 🙃
Your bathroom comes with daylight and a nice bathtub. 🛁
💰The costs include everything (heating, water, also internet, electricity, cable television and you can use my old bike 🚲 and my furniture 🪑🛏️). It also includes the "Rundfunkbeitrag" which is a payment for television and radio you need to pay in Germany when renting a flat. You can see all the numbers on the bottom of this text.
If you are interested let me know 😃 I speak English and German and we can do a viewing in reallife or on skype.
📍The location is very central and still quite because you will live in a house that is completly in a backyard. It is very close to THM university and also to the city (Marktplatz) (both 900 m, so about 4min by bike and 11min to walk). To the park it is even closer, about 1-2min to walk. To the JLU university it is 12min (2.8 km) by bike to the language deparment and 15min (3.5km) to the science department. A bus stop is just around the corner, about 3min to walk.
Supermarkets are very close. One is about 1min to walk, the other 2min to walk.
There is always a place for your car in front of the house (without payment).
👥The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet. In the house live mostly students and other young adults.
Closer look into costs:

incidentals: 165€ (heating, water, waste, cable television connection, cleaning of common areas etc.)
