Das Haus befindet sich im Neubaugebiet Schlangenzahl, in direkter Nähe zur Uniklinik. Bergwerkswald zum Joggen und Tegut sind auch direkt um die Ecke.
Das Haus wurde 2009 gebaut, dh. es ist ein Neubau mit guter Isolierung, neuem Bad und moderner Einbauküche. Fenster und Balkon gehen nach hinten raus, dh absolute Ruhiglage. Möbel können übernommen werden (IKEA, sehr guter Zustand), ist aber kein Muss. Miete 450 inkl. Nebenkosten, hinzu kommen noch Kosten für Heizung, Wasser und Strom.
