Da ich Ende März Pforzheim verlassen werde, wird meine schöne 1-Zimmerwohnung frei.
Die Wohnung besteht aus separater Küche, Wohn/Schlafzimmer, Bad, Flur und Balkon.
Im Keller steht ein kleines Abteil zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. Fahrräder können in der Garage abgestellt werden.
Zu der Miete von 300€ (kalt) und 70€ warm, kommen noch Strom- und Müllkosten. Ich habe insgesamt um die 390€ bezahlt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Das Haus hat keine eigenen Parkplätze, aber in der Straße findet sich eigentlich immer eine Parklücke.
In 2 min ist man an der Hochschule für Gestaltung, in 3 min an der Bushaltestelle oder beim Penny.
In die Innenstadt läuft man ca. 12min.
Die Waschmaschine (voll funktionsfähig) will ich gerne gegen eine Ablöse von 70€ in der Wohnung lassen, sowie ein schwarzes Ikea-Regal für 10€.
