Die Wohnung hat ein großes Zimmer und eine Küche, das getrennt vom Zimmer ist. Das Bad ist relativ geräumig. Die Wohnung bietet für Studenten eine super Wohngelegenheit. Zu der Wohnung kann man auch ein PKW Parkplatz dazu mieten, das im Monat 7,50€ beträgt. Haustiere sind nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter erlaubt (bisher keine Probleme).
Die Wohnung hat ca. 31m². Sie hat eine sehr gute Lage in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet. Loop5 sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Netto, Kaufland, Media Markt, etc. sind schnell zu erreichen. In der Nähe ist eine Bushaltestelle, das Richtung Darmstadt oder Richtung Weiterstadt fährt und am Industriegebiet Weiterstadt (Loop5 etc.) vorbeifährt.
Zur Kontakaufnahme entweder anrufen oder Email schreiben. Auf Emails kann ich teilweise sogar schneller antworten. Einzug ab sofort jederzeit möglich. Das Haus bekommt momentan einen neuen Außenanstrich. Da es sich um eine Souterrain Wohnung handelt, ist die Wohnung sogar an heißen Sommertagen stets kühl und an kalten Wintertagen eher mild.
