Die Küche ist eine kleine Pantryküche mit zwei Kochfeldern und einem Kühlschrank.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 370€ + 25€ Stellplatz + 160€ Nebenkosten (ohne Strom). Die Kaution beträgt 3 Kaltmieten.
Die vorhandenenen Lampen möchte ich für einen Abschlag von 50€ in der Wohnung lassen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Weststadt, nahe des Stadtzentrums. Gute Einkaufs- und Busmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.
