Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter/in vom 15. August bis 31. Januar 2014. Aber es ist auch möglich die Wohnung nur bis zum 31.12.2012 zu mieten.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit Dusche/WC, kleine Küche, großem Wohnraum und Balkon. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Mitbenutzung stehen im Keller.
Alles Weitere könnt ihr gerne erfragen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Wieseck. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 6 min zu Fuß entfernt und die Linie 5 fährt euch zu allen zentralen Orten in Gießen. Perfekt für Studenten der THM.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 10 min entfernt.
Die Lage ist ruhig und günstig zur Autobahn.
Parken ist hier kein Problem.
Der 15. August ist kein Muss. Ihr könnt auch erst am 1. September einziehen. ;-)
