Die Wohnung hat eine helle Fensterfront, die zur ruhigen Seitenlage ausgerichtet ist. Außerdem ist im Bad Platz für eine Waschmaschine und der Abstellraum nebenan bietet noch weitere Möglichkeiten. Da die Decke 3 Meter hoch ist, eignet sie sich für ein Hochbett, wechles ich gerne an den Nächstmieter verkaufen würde. Dadurch hat man nochmal viel mehr Platz ;)
Die Wohnung ist Ruhig, aber Zentral im Hinterhof gelegen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür und man ist in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Ein EDEKA, als auch Norma sind direkt in der Nähe und zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Im Hinterhof befindet sich eine Parkmöglichkeit.Diese ist für sie kostenlos nutzbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Ruhigen Lage und der Fensterblick ist auf den benachbarten Garten, wobei eine mittel hohe Hecke Privatsphäre gewährleistet. Ich selbst bin Psychologie Studentin und ziehe jetzt in eine WG, da ich nicht mehr allein wohnen wollte :)
