Das Zimmer ist 19m² groß mit großen Fenstern. Es ist hell und mobilisiert mit Lampe, Kleiderschrank, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kühlschrank und Einbauküche. WC mit Dusche und Toilette. Am Untergeschoss stehen Waschmaschinen und Trockner zur Verfügung.
Das Zimmer ist nähr Uni Hauptgebäude und Philosophikum. An unserem Wohnort gibt es super netter Verkehr. Die Bushaltestellen der 3, 13, 802, 372 und 375 sind eine Minute erreichbar.
In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es viele Supermärkte wie Lidl, Toom, usw.
