Da ich leider mein Zimmer aufgeben muss, suche ich ab sofort einen Nachmieter. Das Zimmer ist ca.26qm groß. Das Zimmer befindet sich im EG, und hat eine Kochnische WC und Bad .Eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine befindet sich im Kellerbereich. Fahrrad-Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus.
Kaltmiete beträgt: 265 €, Nebenkosten: 85 €
Gesamtbetrag = 350 €
Kaution: 530 €
Die Lage ist super. Man braucht lediglich 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt.
Gießen HBf befindet sich 10 Minuten weit zu fuß .
Besichtigung nach vereinbarung.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zentral. In 10 mit dem Fahrrad erreichen Sie die Innenstadt, in 10 Minuten zu fuß den Bahnhof.
Edeka ist 10 Min zu fuß von zu Hause
Aldi , Tedi und Rossman ist 15-20 Min zu fuß entfernt.
Den Panorama von den Fenster ist Unglaublich süß.
Als ich suche ein Nachmieter die Wohnung ist naturlich Provision Frei
Paar Bäume ist genau vor den Fenster , sehr Schön Panorama.
