Da ich ab 1.April für mehrere Monate ins Ausland gehe, möchte ich mein kleines Apartment vermieten. Es handelt sich um eine ca.25 qm große Wohnung mit kleinem Bad und einer Kochnische mit Single Küche. Aufgrund einer Trennwand, gibt es ein seperates kleines Schlafzimmer, sowie ein etwas größeres Wohnzimmer. Heitzung, Wasser, Flurreinigung werden Pauschal abgerechnet, so das man keine Aufschläge erwarten muss. Zusätzlich zahlt man ca. 38 Euro für Strom. Meinen TV, Internet und Telefonanschluss könnt ihr gerne übernehmen (ca. 45 Euro). Wieviele meiner Möbel ich da lasse können wir gerne gemeinsam absprechen.
