Hey,
leider ist ab April mein schönes 30 m2 Appartement frei und nun suche ich einen Nachmieter. Auch zwischenmiete bis Juli ist möglich.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Balkon, ein Parkplatz und ein Kellerabteil. Das Appartement ist in einen Flur, ein Badezimmer, eine abgeteilte Küche(nicht nur eine Kochnische) und einen großen Wohn/Schlafraum aufgeteilt.

Das Appartement liegt ruhig in der Nähe der Marshall Siedlung. Mit der Linie 1 ist man in wenigen Minuten am Berliner Platz. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur 15-20 min zum Phil.
Rauchen ist erlaubt, wenn du aber so wie ich Nichtraucher bist, wirst du nicht gestört.
Ich habe mich dort immer sehr wohl gefühlt.
