Die Wohnung besteht aus einem kleinem Flur mit Wandschrank, von hier aus gelangt man in den Wohnraum und das Bad. Das schöne Bad ist ausgestattet mit einer großen Duschkabine und bietet genug Raum für ein kleines Regal und andere Dinge. Der Wohnraum mit bodentiefen Fenstern ist darüber hinaus mit weißen Wandschränken ausgestattet, in denen man alles nötige unterbringen kann. Die Küche besteht aus einem Kühlschrank, Spüle und 2 Herdplatten. Die Münzwaschmaschinen sowie Trockner befinden sich im Keller.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Gießener Weststadt. Die Bushaltestelle (801/802) sind direkt vor der Tür, Aldi/Edeka/Apotheke/sowie ein Getränkemarkt sind nur 50-200m entfernt. In die City braucht man zu Fuß nur 10min, innerhalb von 5min ist man an der Lahn. Die Wohnlage ist ideal, da alles wichtige fußläufig zu erreichen ist!
