Gesucht wir ein Nachmieter für ein 1-Zimmer-Apartment mit 33qm Wohnfläche zum 01.11.13 oder früher. Die Wohnfläche teilt sich wie folgt auf: ein kleiner Flur, ein Bad (mit Dusche), ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit kleiner Kochecke und ein Balkon. Ich bezahle zur Zeit als Grundmiete 286 € + Betriebskostenpauschale in Höhe von 92 €.
Das Apartment befindet sich in 35292 Gießen. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral:
ca. 650m zum JLU-Hauptgebäude
ca. 2,5 km zur THM
ca. 1,1 km zum Hauptbahnhof
ca. 5 min Fußweg zur Innenstadt
ca. 220m zur nächsten Mensa (Otto-Eger-Heim)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe des Apartments vorhanden.
Kinos, Bars, Discotheken etc. in ausreichender Anzahl sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Einrichtung sollte vom Vormieter übernommen werden (Preis VHB).
Eine Kellerbox sowie ein Kfz-Stellplatz können optional dazu gemietet werden.
