Tidy Spanish, 30, non smoker. DLR employee starting in September, looking for a place close to work.

I am Spanish and 30 years old. I am a thorough cleaner, non-smoker, and in general a tidy person. I will start working at the DLR in September, so I am looking for a place to live in Germany to be able to work, preferably long term. I don't need much, a comfortable space and the usual amenities (heating, internet and a washing machine) are enough. Bathtub and dishwasher are highly appreciated.

I currently prefer to live alone, specially given that the Coronavirus crisis isolation is helpful to avoid spreading the virus. However, I am also quite social with my housemates, but in a "live and let live" kind of way. I am always happy to help, and I also I like to repair stuff and I'm starting to get into taking care of plants : )

I speak Spanish and English, and I can speak a bit of Portuguese, Dutch and Japanese. I am currently learning German.
