I am sub-leasing my flat from beginning February to end of June 2015 as I will be going to India for my studies. The flat is situated to the south of the city, roughly 20 minute walk from the centre, and 10 minutes by bike. It is a 1 room apartment on the first floor, with private kitchen and bathroom. The area is quite and nice, next to a lake and swimming pool (Badenparadies), and with shop, bakery and laundry facility nearby. It is furnished (bed, cupboards, table and chairs, oven etc.). The rent include heating and electricity, but there is not internet connection.
