Hallo, ich bin Paula und suche zum 15. Juni eine*n Nachmieter*in für meine aktuelle Wohnung in Göttingen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen hellen Wohnraum (ca. 19 qm) mit einem kleinen Balkon, eine abgetrennte Küche (ca. 5 qm) sowie über ein Bad mit Dusche (ca. 4 qm), das wie der Wohnraum von einem kleinen Eingangsbereich abgeht.
Es gibt ein Kellerabteil und eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die mit Marken genutzt werden können.
Die Küche ist mit Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank, Herdplatte, Schränken und Spüle ausgestattet. Ansonsten wird die Wohnung nicht möbliert übergeben, allerdings können ein paar Einzelstücke zu einem geringen Preis übernommen werden (Küchentisch + Stühle, extra Theke + kleiner Backofen, Badregal, Waschbeckenunterschrank, Kleiderschrank, kleiner IKEA-Schreibtisch).
Hello, my name is Paula and I'm looking for a new tenant for my current apartment in Göttingen as of 15 June.
The apartment consists of a bright living space (ca. 19 sqm) with a small balcony, a seperated kitchen (ca. 5 sqm) as well as a bathroom with a shower (ca. 4 sqm) which is accessible from a small entrance area, just like the living space.
There is a basement storage room and a common washing machine and a dryer that are operated with coins.
In the kitchen there is a kitchenette, fridge, cooking plate, sink and cupboards. Otherwise the apartment will not be furnished, however you can take over some parts of furniture for a small price (kitchen table + chairs, an extra kitchen-counter + a small oven, a shelf and cupboard for the bathroom, a wardrobe and a small IKEA desk).
Da die Wohnung nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, sind Verkehrsgeräusche kaum zu hören. Zugleich sind ein Nahkauf (+ Bäckerei) mit langen Öffnungszeiten (auch sonntags) und zwei Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. In 10-15 Minuten gelangst du mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt/zum Bahnhof/zur Uni und alternativ ist es mit dem Fahrrad auf den für Göttingen typisch guten Fahrradwegen noch schneller.
Außerdem gibt es fußläufig erreichbar zwei REWE und einen Aldi.
Das beschauliche Geismar und ein Waldstück laden zu einem Sonntagsspaziergang ein und auch der Kiessee ist schnell zu erreichen.
Since the apartment is not directly located at the main street (Hauptstraße), you can barely hear traffic noise. Yet, there is a Nahkauf (+ bakery) with long opening hours (also on sundays) and two bus stops in striking distance. In 10-15 minutes you can reach the city center/main station/university and alternatively it's even quicker with the bike on Göttingen's good cycle paths.
Besides, there are three supermarkets (two REWE, one Aldi) within walking distance.
It's nice to go on a stroll in the beautiful Geismar and a nearby forest area. You can as well get quickly to the Kiessee (a lake).
