Die Wohnung ist mit einer Einbauküche mit Herd und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Zur Wohnung gehört weiterhin ein PKW-Stellplatz (der auch untervermietet werden kann), ein Vor- und Hintergarten (Mitbenutzung), ein Waschmaschinenstellplatz im Keller und ein Kellerraum.
Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und die Nachbarn sind alle super nett!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe: Nahkauf nur 4 min zu Fuß und Penny 8 min zu Fuß.
Ich würde gerne meine Waschmaschine verkaufen, sie ist ein Jahr alt und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Dafür hätte ich gerne 280 Euro, bin aber offen für Vorschläge.

The apartment/studio is located in quiet Geismar near a bus stop. With the bus line 21/22 you have a direct connection to the city center and the clinic.
