Die Wohnung ist durch große Fenster sehr hell und offen. Nach dem Eingang kommt ein kleiner Zwischenraum, welcher in Bad und Wohnraum aufgabelt. Vom Wohnraum geht eine Pantryküche mit eigenem Fenster ab. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich mit im Haus und kann nebst einem Trockenraum mitbenutzt werden. Im Dachgeschoss befinden sich einzelne Abteile welche als Abstellkammer genutzt werden können.
Die Wohnung ist 2 min von der nächsten Haltestelle entfernt von welcher der Bus Linie 41 und 42 in 10 min am Bahnhof und 14 min in der Innenstadt ist. Eine Lidl und Aldi sind 4 und 6 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtteil an einer wenig befahrenen Straße. Auch Wiesen und ein See sind in der Nachbarschaft anzufinden sowie das der alte Dorfkern von Grone samt Ableger der Stadtbibliothek.
Zu erreichen bin ich am Besten über SMS, Email oder per Nachricht in wg-gesucht da ich momentan im Praktikum bin und nicht immer ans Handy gehen kann.
