Zentral gelegenes 1-Zimmer Apartement

Hallo zusammen,

I am gsearching for a new tenant for this 1 room studio apartment on Annastraße.
The is about 17 m2 and includes own pantry kitchen and own bathroom with shower. The kitchen belongs to the apartment.
The location is definitely a huge benefit of the apartment. There are several grocery shops nearby (REWE, Lidl, Edeka, Aldi), as well as a big laundry just across the street. The closest Bus stop is Blaue Turm, only 3 min walk. The City Centre is also 10-15 min walking away.

I would pass the Wi-Fi contract (Telekom) to the next tenant, as well as give away all the furniture:
- 140cm bed, including the mattress (<1 y old)
- Dining and office tables, 2 chairs
- A closet and a cabinet in the hallway
- Several shelfs

So basically you would not have to buy anything. I could also leave some dishes and cookware upon request.
I would like to charge 400 Euro for everything (1/3 of the price I initially paid :) ).
