vermiete ab sofort mein Zimmer in der Akad. Burse.
Es ist ein recht gemütliches Zimmer par Terre.
Es gibt 2 recht große Fenster, so das Helligkeit garantiert ist.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 17qm groß und besitz ein Waschbecken.
Die Küche ist gleich nebenan und wird ausschließlich mit nur einer weiteren Person geteilt, daher finde ich es nicht WG typisch ,sondern eine eigene Küche.
Ihr bekommt auch einen eigenen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
Das Zimmer wurde vor 2 Monaten neuen gestrichen und es gibt auch einen neuen Teppich.
Es wird Möbiliert übergeben.
Also Sachen packen und rein.
Es ist auch ab Sofort zu beziehen.
