Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Innenstadt.
Obwohl sie direkt zwischen Sausalitos und Monros Park liegt, ist es sehr ruhig, da die Fenster des Wohnraumes zum Wall zeigen.
Der Wohnraum ist 25 qm groß plus Einbauküche (Herd, Backofen, Spüle, Kühlschrank).
In dem kleinen Flur (ca. 2,5 qm) ist eine Nische, die viel Stauraum bietet, ich habe dort meinen Kleiderschrank untergebracht.
Das Badezimmer (Dusche, Waschbecken, WC) hat ein großes Fenster zum Innenhof.
Ein Verschlag auf dem Dachboden ist inklusive. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, Marken zur Benutzung musst du bei der GöHV kaufen.
Im Innenhof besteht die Möglichkeit, ein Fahrrad überdacht abzustellen.
Besichtigung ist ab Montag, dem 26.08., möglich. Melde Dich einfach per Mail, ich schreibe dann so schnell wie möglich zurück.
